Health keep decresing

My health is keep decreasing, when enter the game or using a fast travel the health is full but its generally decresing as time pass and reach the minimum then stop and when I have rocovery my health its continue to decrease so I want to know that its game bug or mission or anything. (restart the computer or restrat the game is doesnt work)

Have you got two or more pieces of Legendary Slaughter gear equipped? If yes, that's what is causing it. Take it off when just wandering around. Equip it when you are about to enter combat.

If you have 2 slaughter tribe gear equip your health will always drain, if you don't want that use any other gear V6.
