Cant equit gems

Need some help here with gems. It was my fault,used a trainer just for mirian but for some reason it also increased all my gems to either 999999 or 100000 and now I cant equip gems. I was wondering if anyone know of an inventory/gem editor or the CE addresses so I can get it back to normal? Combining gems doesn't change value so I can't do it the old fashioned way. Appreciate any help!

I'm not sure how to fix that but you may want to try "Verify data integrity" with steam or might have to uninstall, reboot, then reinstall the game and hope that your save itself isn't modified in some way because if that repopulates with steam cloud and the change is in the save data itself you might have to actually fix it with cheat engine or something somehow.

If you can't you may need to start over and get rid of your save.
