Photo Mode - Tutorial
I am missing something somewhere. I turned photo mode on. I can get into the mode, but where is the "take photo" button and where do the actual files go? I haven't seen them explain any of this on the streams, they just go into it and mess around. I haven't found anything straight forward online. Any assistance is appreciated.

You should be able to use F12 to have Steam take a screenshot for you. I don't think the game itself has a built in camera. Either that or I'm just as confused as you.

There is no snapshot feature within SoW, other than Steam's screenshot tool. You're playing SoW and not ACO right? In ACO space bar takes a photo within photo mode. (I only ask because it's not hard to post in the wrong forum when people bounce back and forth)

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am speaking of Shadow of War. I am perplexed as why they don't have an actual photo snap button. There must be something in the code where it does not work. However, WoW figured it out a long time ago and the photo goes into it's own folder. It is 2017...I am at a loss as to how difficult they are making this.

Where will the photo go after you hit F12 to view it? Thanks

When you exit the game Steam should automatically pop up a window of your screenshots. It'll have a "Show On Disk" button there that will open the folder for you. You can also set it in Steam's settings under the In-Game category.

From Steam go to View (top left) and select screenshots.
