Missing 1 Seregost Artifact?

So it says I have 11/12 artifacts but for the life of me I cannot find the icon for the 12th one on the region map. I have all haedir purified so that can't be the reason. Anyone know why one is missing?

You have to take the fortress before it shows? Or can I just go into the fight pits and find it regardless? - Cause I know where the fight pit is.

you have to complete a quest in one of the quest lines (I believe it's the one with the blonde chick, Ethriel or whatever).

The quest line's story leads to where a group of orcs are holding a gondorian artifact and you kill them to take it back

Yeah, it's from the Gondorian questline.
They should point that out in the menu, IMO...
