I cant find the last gondorian artifact, 98% complete

It clearly shows a map of the Seregost in quest menu. 11/12 artifacts.
But it doesn't show where its located, I looked into all the towers, to make sure I found everything on the map, there was nothing missing.
Any ideas where can this last artifact be located?

Update: apparently there is a final mission with that woman, in Seregost,Hope this post helps someone out

I've got the exact same problem except I've compleyed the Gondor questline.. Do you have to finish the Eltariel questline also?

Dunno bud ^ I've found them all. I finished every storyline before I tracked down all these side things though.

Usually when you view something in the quests menu, you can mark it and fast travel to the region..

But maybe finish all main missions first? Just to rule that out

This drove me nuts for hours! Here is what I found and hope it helps anyone else who gets this.

Go to Cirith Ungol, Go to the fortress. Climb the fortress tower (where the warlord does his speech) Behind the tower is a large flat area with boxes all around. Near the middle by some boxes is the last artifact. Does not appear when capturing towers and only appears on map once you're about 2 feet from it.

Hey, thanks for posting this. I spent so long looking and then looking on forums. Everyone would talk about the story-line quest or the ice cave, but no one pointed out that the marker for this doesn't appear until your at the location basically on top of the artifact.

@GeneralXTL I somehow got that Gondorian Artifact myself, although I accidentally discovered which one I was missing (which goes for all side content) and you did help me accidentally discover it

Pressing pause, going into the "Quests" section and going on the respective side quest allows you to view the location of your pending collectibles for the side quest you haven't found already. Strangely enough my last Gondorian Artifact's location is "Unknown", although I'm in Seregost and an indication that the artificat is in this region is present (blue GPS arrow). I just searched all the Gondorian Artifacts and found one in Seregost is given through a (main I believe) story quest which explains the "Unknown" status. Hope this helps everyone else, and remember checking the "Quests" tab helps with all side quests

The most common one to miss is up a cliff from the fortress in Sergost. It took me a while to figure out how to get up there. You can climb the ice wall.
