Also, step one: Get ♥♥♥♥ done, get your first collections, and then DO get out of Minas Ithil as soon as you can, because the Nem system doesn't *really* open up until then.

If the game too easy, it's borring. If the game is too hard, it's frustrating. I would personally want to keep the game challenging to maintain the perfect balance of fun and just move on. Not grind out a XP "exploit" just because it's a benefit.
This is nonsense. For one thing, the "benefit" is the journey itself. And if you want a gameplay benefit, you'll get levels a whole lot faster actually going through the story instead of grinding out level 3 captains.
