Can't add followers from my garrison to the army

As the title said, I'am unable to add the follower I just got from one of those silver chests into my army, the follower is lvl15 atm, same as me, and same as the few ones I have active in the army atm. I have 2 free spots to add in a follower right now, but the only options I get when I select one in the Garrison is "Destroy for items" and "details" do I have to get further into the game be4 I can add followers from my Garrison? :/

Ah ok I have the fix. Until you finish the first siege you can't use loot box orcs. Directly after, you can.
