How to add High Resolution textures?

I click download, it starts the game. It doesn't show as installed DLC. Same for 4K cinematics. Any idea on how I do this?

Just to go the game's main page, scroll down a bit and on the DLC list click on High Resolution Texture Pack and Download.

When click download, the game just starts, without the download and the DLC is not in the "installed" list here in Steam. So, no HD Texture Pack or 4K Cinemas atm.

If you're on Steam Beta, the Steam version might be causing the issue.

Restarting steam fixed this for me and a few others i've read.

Getting about 50 MB/s download speeds on a 1Gbps fiber line.

Both HD Texture and 4K pack is 32.1 GB, I had to use the links as well as attempting to download the DLC packs from the store just opened the game.

I had problems getting it to download but went into steams big picture mode and then the download started successfully.
