i pre installed the game and it is re installing even tho it is sating 100% in my game libuary?

I have the same experience. I don't know the cause but suspect it's decrypting the content and since it's a bloody big game it takes a long time.

tryed installing anuther game. when shadow of war is trying to re install there is only the green bar. when im installing anuther game i have the blue lines and the green bar what does that mean?
