full screen+borderless = not functioning as intended

let me compare these broken display modes for you being offered here:

1 - there's "borderless" full screen, but your mouse is locked to your main monitor. you can't click your 2nd monitor w/o alt+tab, and if you alt+tab you can't view your desktop on your 1st monitor either, because the game steals the scene.

2 - there's "full screen"... but it function just like this broken/fake borderless option...

3 - there's "windowed", but it has a strict/rigid/limited/forced scale, so you can't have full screen windowed.. or anything close to it.

4 - finally, there's something called "maximized" which tries to overcome the restrictions of the windowed mode.. it allows you to see your OS task bar, but if you click any other programs... guess what... they will not come to the foreground! the game will stay on top, so this mode is completely broken/useless/does not fulfill its design purpose!


all of these options suck..


i want a real full screen borderless window.

borderless means i can mouse over to another monitor without having to alt+tab, seriously...

fix this WB.

Any updates/fixes for this? I've had the same problem and now just stick to playing in maximized window and hiding the taskbar. A working borderless screen would be great.
Borderless seems the exact same as Fullscreen in SoW (screen tearing /w huge input lag). I always use borderless to circumvent the input lag of Vsync while being free of tearing.
