I'm having this error when I'm trying to start the game:

Direct3D 11.1 API is not available. Platform Update f or Windows 7 is requried.

tried to download update and gave me an error something about service cant be started due to being disabled or having no enabled devices associated? ugh..

Same, says allready had it, would be nice to have responce from the devs or mods at least on what particular update is required.

Download and Install IE 11, idk how but it fixes the problem

I found how to fix it, just download Internet Exploler 11
i dont know why but it helps the game.

Ie still has one use for windows users. It's used to get your updates. Hence having your Ie up to date allowed for your updates to work as intended by MS.
