Pre-Install Deleted?

Hi guys. I pre-loaded SoW a few days ago. Today, I started Steam, and it is gone? I clicked pre-load button again, and it has downloaded all but about 1MB, but game directory is empty. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Help and thoughts appreciated :)

Its not in the games folder but in the "temp" folder!

It is normal that the games folder is empty till release, the 69gb a temporary in the "temp" file. Right click it and see if there 69gb of data in it, if yes, then you are fine i think :)

Should be in there.

windows 10 is a damn mess...... updates can corrupt system files and wipe clean anything that is not OS related. happened to me couple of weeks ago. but also can be temp folder. lets hope is the last one :)

depotcache is about 214mb. I have games installed on 2 HDDs in my laptop. Game is set for 2nd HDD.

My depotcache is 65,6 GB (70.484.944.044 bytes) = Shadow of War

Oh oh, :/ then i would start download it again? Don't know how fast your internet is, but i would search every steam related folder before.

Do a file search for depotcache_ and see where they all are if any, alot are 0.98 GB in size.

If Steam says it's downloaded, then it's there. It stays in your downloads page as a 1MB download until launch. Don't right click and delete and you'll be fine.

I found depotcache directory, mine says 65.6GB too :)
