Games usually release at this time, its ♥♥♥♥ for Europe and worse for AU, but literally all steam releases recently have been this way, and steam itself says in 29 hours, which lines up with those times

Yes possibly if this game has geographical restrictions.Nowadays,keys are linked to the region which they are supposed to be sold and activated in.In such cases,even if you have a VPN but Steam detects that the key you purchased is not for the region you are trying to activate in,it will still be a no go.

If you read the news on the store page,you can see that they put a "**" behind the release date and time.If you looked down further,there is a further fine print that it does not apply to all countries,for example Australia.They did not list all the countries it does not apply to.Most will follow the same release time and date but not ALL

It will be released for most countries at the stated time and date.For the exceptions though,it could be later or earlier.The list of exceptional countries is not exhaustive.South Korea could be one such exception,as such we cannot dismiss it conclusively.

I agree with that, but people are acting like its official informations that it is released in 35 minutes. Thats just not true. It MAYBE released at this time, but it is just a better guess..
