The game will likley work almost identical on both platforms as the first did.
The only benfit of PC over console is frame rate and higher textures, but if your PC cannot handle them then there is no benfit.
Good luck on finding an Xbox version, this game is only available for the PS4, Windows, and Xbox One.
Isn't that only for Microsoft published game, where you get the Windows Store version as well?

if your on a windows OS then you just need to do is log into the store eqyuvelent on PC and download it on that
