I think the orcs think you are and always were the bright lord. They arent so smart to understand celebrimbor, who they never saw anyway, vs. just Talion.
Those lines are mostly from Ologs... if you read the appendices in the game. Ologs are created by Sauron and will serve Sauron. So even if you dominated them they still praise Sauron because he is their creator after all.
You dominated them, they are now fighting against Sauron. Praising the dark lord while he has you tied to a stake about to get exicuted isn't so easily excused as an appendice saying Sauron created them. It in fact just remains a weak bandaid for a fair sized oversight.
I don;t hate the game because of it. I am just voicing how silly a thing it is, and that it shouldn't have been over looked (if not pushed aside) so easily.
