Every new captain that spawns has Iron Will or Unbreakable

What's going on? Like 20 orc captains in a row that spawned with Iron Will or Unbreakable.
I can't dominate any new orcs! Even shaming one from level 36 down to 1 didn't make him lose his Iron Will.

Is there a limit on the number of orc captains you can have in your army or something?

I've noticed that an orc I've been fighting since the start who I've killed at least 6 times is no longer able to be dominated. He has been in my army like 3 different times but always betrays me. I shamed him 3 times since the last and now I can't recruit him. The Iron will orc spawn system is for sure a bit bugged so hopefully they patch it

High level orc captains have a higher chance to roll Iron Will. :/

I have yet to see Pit Fighters with Iron Will. Might behoove you to recruit from there at any level.

Pit fighters can have iron will, I've had a few that I wanted to recruit, but couldn't.

Low chance apparently. I think there are also some hidden variables (betrayal/killed a blood brother/ etc) that makes shaming more difficult to successfully remove iron will though don't know if that's true or not. Could just be bugged. I've had some iron wills break after 1 shaming and some that never broke even after 10 shamings.

I had the same thought and decided to use the pit fighters up against my lower level orcs. Checking before hand they do not have iron will. But 100% of the time, after they beat my orc in the fight, they develop iron will. Without fail! Makes me want to stop playing the game tbh.
