Xbox One Controller rumble not working correctly, or just pathetic?

I'm using my Xbox One S controller that is connected directly via USB, not bluetooth. Controller works great, only game that has this issue is ME:SoW.

Rumble support just seems to be incredibly pathetic. The only time I ever feel the feedback is when landing hard on the ground after a long jump. I would expect everytime you hit someone or block an attack to feel it. Similar to Batman or their previous game.

My Xbone elite controller also rumbles just fine, over USB

I use mine via the bluetooth adapter you buy and it rumbles fine headshots and all sounds like yours is messed up or needs to reinstall drivers
