What's the point of Mirian?

Just for loot boxes? I've unlocked my gem slots on all armour and weapon slots and I've got like 20k+ Mirian now just sitting there... Is the only use for it to literally just spend it on loot boxes?

Lol, I remember when people bìtched that you wouldn't be able to get any Silver Mirrian so you had to pay $$$ just to do stuff. Turns out it was balanced after all.

Mirrian is the In-Game Currency used for upgrading your Fortress Defense (Things like Catapults, Fire Spouts, etc), upgrading your Fortress Assault (Like upgrading to get Olog-Hai to break down walls, or Sappers to destroy the gates.) it is also used for opening the Gem Slots in the Inventory.

you will need plenty to upgrade your fortresses and also to buy silver chests on the market - i think thats how you get training orders, or one way at least. you can just buy silver chests on market but tbh i would save it for the fortresses before spending it there.

A low amount is also use to upgrade your gear.
