What Did You Do To Your Bruz After His Quest Line (SPOILERS)

Turns out after you Shamed him he becomes an active nemesis in the ranks which caught me by surprise since i thought he would end up like Ratbag from the first game, You know, Doing the Story line then having him Vanish forever

And this is where this Discussions come in, I want to hear from Everyone what they did to their Bruz after his story line ended and he became even more of an Idiot

I just left him shamed.
And then when two Olog brothers came after me for shaming him, I shamed both of them as well. One died from unknown causes, and the other's deranged and still crying over Bruz.

Eh I was nice and just killed them all.

I recruited him into my army and made him a commander. He even marched with me in the final charge after you take the final fortress. Then in Act 4 he turned on me because I killed a blood brother. Broke him and recruited him again. he is now still a commander helping defent in shadow wars.

I tried to make Bruz an overlord to see what would happen but it wouldn't let me. In the end I had a very poetic end to his story. His friend Baz turned up wanting to kill me for what I did to Bruz. Bruz was there with me because he'd just killed another orc. Then, in the melee, Baz crushed Bruz' head. I like to think he did it deliberately as a mercy killing.

he followed me to the witch kings city witch has no fort ,made bruz legendary but sadly canot move him so hes worthles....if i shun him from army will he come find me?

I really didnt like that quest.
I mean the betrayed was so forced.
But to answer your question:
I mind dominated him.
Made him my bodygaurd.
Traveled to one of my towers.
Summoned a drake.
Used drake to burn him to death.
I put him out of my misery.

Honestly:
Bruz is a horrible charater.
Not only is he forced on you as tutorial.
Talion pretty much screws him over.
He wanted the fort.
Any sane person would have given him the fort.
Why?
Because that is how you get loyality.
Give them a reason to believe that serving you is rewarded.
In fact his betrayed would have been alot better if he was given the fort and then betray us.
Atleast then it is his fault and not talion for being a douchbag.

Btw:
The entire campaign it little more then a glorified tutorial.
I wish they stop doing that.

Yeah, I did actually try to make him the Overlord of my fort and wondered why I couldn't. You are right, it would have been more impactful if you HAD made him overlord and he still betrays you.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think once an Orc is Deranged they cannot become a Maniac. Deranged adds quite a few weaknesses and some of them never go away, whereas Maniac does the opposite.

EDIT - I've let Bruz live. Not out of contempt, but pity. Maybe the real Bruz is still in there and will re-emerge one day?

Orcs can survive being cleaved in half and burnt to death so maybe their brains might reboot eventually too...
