Faster domination upgrade?

Does the faster domination upgrade work? I *think* it only works on captains and higher, I don't see any change vs grunts.

It's not a massive increase, but it does speed up the time on all dominations.

I have noticed that certain other aspects, such as it actually saying broken, will alter the speed..still trying to determine if remaining health plays a part.

So I thought it didn't do anything but it is helpful with higher level orcs. I've found that now I'm at 51 it doesn't dominate as fats compared to lower level orcs.

I also noticed that it only speeds up dominations of captains and worms. It doesn't change anything for normal orcs.

damn i was hoping it would speed up the dominating normal Orcs i always have to run away and run back and sneak dom lol
