How to do "Combat Dominations"?

Please; how do I do "Combat Dominations" (plaing with mouse and keyboard)?

Once you have the skill unlocked, you use a bar of might to dominate the opponent with the C button on keyboard, not sure on controller.

But this is one of the challenge missions for Celebrimbor - shouldn't it be already opened for those - and are you sure we are talking about the same thing (what the game calls it for this mission is "Combat Dominations")?

Yes, I am talking about the same thing and the mission is normally locked until you have the skill yourself. IT is done as I said. You fill the might bar and use 1 charge of your might bar if you have 2, which you will to do a combat domination.
