What is combat domination

In the Celebrimor's memory, Sadras, one of the optional objectives is to do 3 "combat dominations", what does it mean? I tried dominating enemies during combat but it didn't count.

Are you talking about the Consume ability, where you hit C when your might bar is charged?

Consume and domination are different. I had the same question. I think its when you start a fight and after youve made an attack then you dominate them mid battle?
