Broken sword

Just recently I got into a fight against an Olog and when he succeded (yup he nailed me on the last second) he took my sword and broke it into pieces!

Then a massage showed up telling me that if I defeated him I could forge a more powerul sword to replace the old one, but when when I defeated him ( and I enjoyed doing so) nothing happened and I'm still swordless....did that happen to any of you?

Just happened to me too. My leg. sword has ben lvl 21 before and after i killed him i got a lvl 40 version \o/

It is a chance to get the sword back, but I don't think it is a certain thing. When it happened to me yesterday, it was a surprise to me and the olag got the title "The breaker." when I killed him, he said "So you came to get sword back...is gone for good, I think?" But he dropped it on death.

Same happened to me. He said "So you came to get sword back...is gone for good, I think?".

In the heat of a fight I forget to kill him and I have dominate him. No sword. Is it lost? Or I have to kill him still, even though he is my captain now?

this happened to me, in my case though i fought him on a bridge and the sword was all the way down on the ground, took me a minute to find it. and now i have max level sword and only level 50 myself :)

Never had any Orcs break my sword, that sounds annoying, since the sword I have, I haven't found any other swords with that bonus (+ Elf-shot on executions).

i was trying to post this yesterdday but steam would not let me oh man i was pissed but happy at the same time (im a glutten for pain i know) i got really happy when my poison sword came back stronger than ever

just did it, sword went from 49 to 73 damage, that is incredible when i'm still only level 33

Im going on a whim, but im gonna say only certain olog can break your weapons, I had one happen to me today for the first time and made my sword go from level 40-60, Which is great considering its now maxed out :D

For the first time, it happened to me...and my broken epic sword went from level 64 to level 69.

So, an Olog Broke my Sword, first i shamed him and didnt get my Sword back and then i Recruited him since he was an Awesome Legendary Olog and i didnt got my Sword back either. Do i really have to kill the Olog? And can i get my Sword back? I really liked the Sword, lol.

It says kill the Olag to reforge the sword.

It says kill the Olag to reforge the sword.

Problem is, i already recruited him, what happens if he dies due to others than me? Can i still kill him or send him in the Arena to die and receive my Sword back or is it now lost for ever?
