Where is Forthog Ork Slayer?

I spand 60+ hours in this game and I didn't see Forthog. I think WB put this "DLC" in game for FREE, so where is he?
Forthog Ork Slayer should saved you whan you have no chances or failed but all that do your bodyguards. If you didn't put any bodyguard to protect you, you will not have any salvation and you will just die.
Does anybody see Forthog Ork Slayer in game?

The chances for random events seem way off at the moment.

In 100 hours I have had 5 Orcs cheat death (just 5, wtf?) and only saw Forthorg once in Act 1.

I feel like half of the nemesis system is just glitched our and not working

i have heard that higher dificulties make it less probable for the spirit of the developer to be summoned

You have to suck ass at the game to see Forthog a lot. Like, you have to just be getting your ass kicked over and over.

I just finished the Shadow Wars and haven't seen Forthog once.

Forthog has a rare percentage chance to appear, he is placed at the end of the list after Ally Grunts, Gondorians, Captains, etc.

If by chance the other Saviors are not activated, then Forthog has an even more rarer chance than all of the other Savior percentages combined.
