drake bait. all guides tell me how it looks but never where it spawns.

I only remember seeing these in forts whose overlord belongs to the feral tribe.

Yeah, each tribe has one unique structure that only appears when they hold the fortress. Feral gets drake bait. Marauders get treasure stashes. Undead get bone towers you can drain for some reason. Warmonger and Terror get guillotines and bulletin boards respectively, although I don't know what benefits these have.

Bulletin boards sometimes give info on orc captains as for the bone towers I've noticed some orcs have green eyes around them but again I don't know what they do and guillotines are just for fun also you got these backwards warmonger gets the boards (and I THINK decrease the chances of a betrayal in the area) and terror gets the guillotines
