How do i know which act im on?

Cause atm it seems the game is half done but as far as i know it's still act 2.

Act 2 is the main portion of the game. Act 3 is really only one long mission. Act 4 is end game. You will know when you go into Act 3, because the game will give you a warning about making sure you have completed all the other side storyline quests (Idril & Baranor, Carnan, Bruz and Elatriel).

Siege of Minas Ithil = Act 1
Rise To Power (recovering Palantir) = Act 2
Shadows of War = Act 3 & 4

It's Shadow Wars not Shadows of War and it's only Act 4. Not entirely sure what Act 3 is named but it's really just one mission that is longer than usual missions.
