Why don't my orcs get cool armor

In the gameplay when you promote someone to overlord they get a badass set of armor but my guy just stayed naked.

I think it's completely random... I had an orc with armor on both shoulder and arms.. When he got upgrated at some point he lost his armor on one arm, still looking cool, but felt like a visuel downgrade... I was shaming an orc who also had full armor with helmet, he became a maniac after too many shaming, and he came back with no armor at all, but with spikes and nails sticking out from his left arm and left side of the face... Was looking extremely badass...

But again, I think it's random... I was not aware they where getting new outfits from becoming overlords..

OKay what reaaaallllllyyy ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pisses me off is the fact that if i own a fortress an enemy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ captain can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ promote him ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SELF to warchief and i have to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deal with him. like honestly this is just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ oversight.

None of mine got any cahnges when upgraded to war chief. You guys are lucky, maybe next fort for me...

This is an extemely annoying downgrade from SoM, where Warchiefs had one of several cool-looking dark plate. In the sequel most warchifes wear some crazy collection belts and leathers. The closest to SoM is the Machine tribe, and even then it's hit-and-miss,

The Nemesis System precodes all of a Captain's potential armor, Traits and so forth, so it codes that a Captain might stay with only a chest-piece on with a Warmonger kilt until he gets to Overlord, which the System might precode him to have a new helmet, etc.

That's a bug if you don't fill up all of your Fortress Slots....
