shadow dominate skill ?

i am level 45, have completed the bruz, carnan, gonodor quests... the only quests which are remaining are the eltariel quests and the last story quest called shadow wars ... the problem is that i cannot play the eltariel quest called ''The Ritual'' it is locked and it says i need the shadow strike dominate ability, when i go in the skill tree it says to unlock this ability i need to play more eltariel missions ..it makes no sense please help me out ....

You get the shadow dominate skill after completing all of Eltariel's quests. You don't need shadow dominate in order to do the quest.

there is quests called the ritual in the elatariel quests i cannot start it because it needs the shadow dominate skill

Strange pretty sure that is the quest that rewards it not requires it.
Do you have regular shadow strike unlocked?

IIRC,you have to progress further in the main quest before you can do more of eltariel quests.Maybe do more of baranor/idril related quests first?

Make sure you also have the Drain skill set to domination and not getting arrows, etc.

please i have completed all the gondor i.e. baranor quests

Necroing this to tell you if you've finished the main game, you cannot finish Celebrimbor's shadows of the past.

I'll have a guess. You completed all quests except for shadow wars and Eltariels quest.
So what I wonder is: Did you do the main story mission where you fight Isildur and Celebrimbor leaves you to die and fight Sauron with Eltariel If so then you have your problem. When you start this quest they say: Make sure you finished all Carnan, Bruz, Eltariel and Gondor quests because you can't do them after you do this quest. If that's the case i don't know an answer for it.

I think you're confusing Eltariel with Celebrimnor. Eltariel is the assassin chick with the light of Galadriel. Her missions are big diamonds on the map. The ones you need shadow dominate for are Celebrimnor's quests, which look like helmets on the map.

Just look for any more diamonds you might have missed...I think her quests have an icon that kinda looks like an atom.

I have exactly the same issue! All my other quests are 100% completed and can't find where the shadow dominate is. Did you find out what happened?
