Steam account should be enough, but as always....you'll probably be given the option to link your WB account.

No you won't, though usually there are bonuses or a special item given to you in-game if you do log in and use your WBplay account.

Most likely yes, makes it easier to check that you aren't save scumming to repeat the action that gives you Gold

So what Im asking is If someone has a WB account and bought the game from WB Site, and if the game requires a WB account to play. Will I be able to access the game if my account should be deleted?

Yes and your account is not getting deleted unless you did something crazy to violate the terms of service.

You'll still be able to play. Your WB account and your Steam account do not have a relation what so ever.
