I hate pre-order specials, especially when they're so vague.
Sword of Dominion/Legendary War Parties in this one, I think will take a similar path, being early power ingame getting released to everyone that wants it after a certain amount of time.
So I wouldn't really say they're truly 'Exclusives' but more of incentives to pre-order, but I could be wrong both in what a remember from SoM and what I expect from SoW.
I honestly couldn't care about the fancy shmancy sword, the dusty chests and the party of goons.
I just wanted the warbands (number one thing, more Uruk variety. Hate when stuff like this is pay walled) and the Side story DLC packs.
But I definitely do wish they actually told us what these things do, as in
"Oh, does this sword come packed with so called gems, and are they exclusive?"
"What can I find in these warchests, what would a gold chest give me that a silver chest wouldn't?"
"What do these followers do? What are their names? Do they have any unique stats"
Or simply, more than a line of text telling me "Oh, you get this thing. Whatever it does you'll find out on release!"
1.Items that you can get normally.They are effectively the "Micro-Transactions" that people rage about,chests for people who are too lazy to grind for high quality gear.I guess Gold would give better chance at rare items.
2.Only Partially answered.They only said what the Legendary Captains/Whatever they are do.That they are More Unique than the others(What that means,we do not know).It's quite possible they are randomized also.
From what I understood of one of the livestreams the War Chests are the lazy mans grind, but I'm pretty sure they said it was possible to get WAr Chests of a kind ingame playing, not a 100% on this tho.
And as Firerodan16 said, haven't heard anything about the legendary Captains sadly as they are the only one of the pre-order bonuses that interest me.
