@ PlayerBoru - We currently support English, German, Spanish, French and Russian languages in-game. We don't have any immediate plans to support Turkish, but if this changes in a future update or we ask the community for their input, we'll post a thread or announcement!

How can I help with French Translation ?
I've just added a whole new batch of translations to the document too, based on the Combat and Quests update due mid-October.
No much time for this so in a very casual way I'll say that, in my opinion and, for Spanish:
Text.Combat.Hit -> HIT -> GOLPE
Text.Combat.Miss -> MISS -> FALLO
Text.Combat.Counter -> COUNTER -> CONTRA (we are not keeping record of a count but counterattacking)
Text.Combat.Block -> BLOCK -> BLOQUEO
Text.Combat.Subdued -> SUBDUED -> SOMETIDO (because we are not sinking stuff)
CauseOfDeath.Catatonic -> Catatonic -> Catatónico (this was blank because...?)
UI.Preset.Troubled -> Troubled -> Perturbado (unless you really meant "Worried")
UI.Preset.GoodUpbringing -> Good Upbringing -> Buena crianza (unless you want to basically clone UI.Preset.WellEducated and generate confusion in the player)
UI.PC.Windowed > Windowed -> Modo ventana (I'm sure that this is what usually is said in other games)
Text.UI.Party -> Party -> Grupo (nothing against "Equipo"/"Team" but clashes with "Equipo"/"Gear". Not that "Grupo"/"Party" cannot clash with "Fiesta"/"Party" :-P Plus it matches better stuff like expedition.party.header )
Text.UI.Subdue -> Subdue -> Someter
Somewhere, we can craft a "Painting". Either say "Pintura" or "Cuadro" but not "Pintando". I'd say "Cuadro" because of the wooden framework but either is good.
"Deconstruct" is "Deconstruir". "Despedazar" is more like "To tear/shred".
General comment:
efficiency = eficiencia
efficacy = eficacia
I'm sure that it's mixed in some strings.
If I were to start with the encounter strings, I'd have to change more than a few. Not sure which are the rules being used to translate. I know that you don't have to try to translate word by word and the real goal is to say the same idea in the way it's said in the other languages. Still... woah. Did I say that I'm looking for a paid job? :-P Seriously.
Radio.Location.Singular.Question1 -> "Hello, this is $caller$. I've found $indefinitesubject$ out in the wasteland. Should I check it out?" -> "Hola, soy $caller$. He visto $indefinitesubject$ en el erial. ¿Crees que debería ir a investigar?"
You are identifying yourself, not presenting yourself to a bunch of people who already know your name. Altough to be fair, that mistake isn't made in Radio.Diversion.Singular.Question1
For future games, please oh please, develop a system that differenciates between genders for those languages that use them. Screen space is very valuable and it can be really ridiculous to see some unnecesarily long strings because it must match english strings. Not a deal breaker to me but it certainly brings a nice layer of polish (not the language XD ) when implemented.
@HollieTeam17 the translation fix It has not been incorporated into the game ? or need someone to give approval?
I can ask who made this translation?

P.S.S. There are also "Ÿ", "ÿ" instead of "у" and "У". First ones are from latin and the last ones from cyrilic
