Do the guys who threaten you for 10 cans of food ever go away?

If not I REALLY wish they would after a while. It's kind of annoying telling them to go away every 10 or so days, then going to fix the water/air thing although i JUST FIXED IT *glares at those guys*

No, they dont. But if you take a look in your Questbook, you'll see that you can take them out, ceasing their operation.

You have to destroy their base/house in order for those attcks to stop. Its one of your questmarkers on the map once they begin to threat you. At the scene, there are three guys which demand you to go away, and then you can attack them.
Be warned, they are very strong so only take your best guys with the best stuff u have

Very strong? These guys were fairly easy, the boss used a melee attack with his pistol (LOL) and the other had only wood sticks, 2 bears or three wolves are more threatening than this guys.
I always use the rebar in fights, and the best body armor. If you have the dog, take it with you.
