Impatient Guy?

I've restarted my game maybe for the seventh time now learning the ropes. I'm currently on like day 51 and am doing very well for myself. I can't help but notice in each game there's some yellow marker on the map that says impatient guy. What is he about? Is he an extortionist or just rude AF? This is the first time I've gone to him and he wants 15 rubber, which is too precious to give up if he just wants to take my stuff.

Yeah, there are different characters that you encounter on each map. Many of them ask for things, some give you stuff in return (some more useful than others). They're usually not as obnoxious as the ones who come to your door demanding stuff, though.

The marker helps you to find them if you decide to follow through on the request. :)

But this guy is much different. He started as a yellow marker from day 1 and had unique dialogue.

From what I've seen he isn't very different from the other quests. He does sometimes give you great loot for giving him his requests as well.
