Collect all tools?

Does anyone know what all the tools are? I feel like I have collected every single one so far (in my current game) and the achievement hasn't popped.

According to the workbench I have 90% tool efficiency. But I think the only way to tell what I'm missing is the image of the workbench itself.

It looks like I'm missing the chisel and the drill, but 90% indicates I have 9/10 tools. Are the pictures wrong, or is my game bugged and I need to try again?

Your image shows 9 tools... Why do you say that you are missing the drill when it is the first item on the second row?

That tool is the nail gun[imgur.com], not the drill. As you can also see from that pic, I have a chisel in my storage box: since it appears here and not in my workbench (in an obviously visible way at least, it looks to me like I have two ratchets), it means I must have one in my workbench.

Which leaves only the drill, I guess!

Ok here is where I believe made a mistake, I don't think the storage uses space for your tools. Meaning those tools you see there are spares. The only time you get to really see what tools you have is when you are about to move shelters.

This is exactly what I'm missing! Thank you.

However, it's refusing to drop :( All I'm doing now is farming hardware stores and factories for the drill...day 236 and counting and no drop.

I'm using metal detector, lucky lucky bat, lockpicks and hacking devices. One character's perception is maxed out if that makes a difference?

Any tips on finding the drill would be very welcome!
