What to Do?
My first time playing the game. I'm at Day 134. My shelter is maxed out the full 4 levels. There's not a foot of space to build anything new. I feel like I've searched every location about 50 times now. I trade, recycle, etc. But what else is there to do?

I haven't gotten a hit on scanning frequencies in at least two weeks. I even started going through the "faction" areas on the map just to try and start a fight. No dice.

So... (to borrow a line from 'Office Space')... "What would you say, you do here??"

N.B. I like the game a lot; this is not intended as a criticism. Just wondering if I'm missing something.

Scan the frequencies until you get the "Extended Family" quest. Complete the quest and move on to a new shelter, where you will get a new family member and start in a new shelter from scratch. But since you can carry 72 slots of supplies with you in the RV, starting the new shelter will be a piece of cake. Once you complete the "Extended Family" quest, when you click on the RV there will be a new option to "Move On". You can only have 2 or 3 open quests on your map at any time, so you may have to complete one to be able to get a new quest from scanning the frequencies.

1) Find all 10 Special Tier blueprints
2) Fix up the Camper Van/RV

Or start a new game on Hardcore.

You could also forget about all of the extra content, stay in the same shelter forever, and try to beat me on normal mode.

Thanks for all the feedback. Looks like a new game in hardcore mode it is!

I don't see the point of moving to a new shelter unless it gets me something. Otherwise why move just to rebuild what you already had??

As for leaderboards... not my thing. :)

Build plenty of pipebombs. Over time the factions spread out they're territories. I have a game save from long ago that most of the map is faction controlled.

I finally graduated to hardcore last week. The game seems a lot more 'balanced' in this mode. It can still be fairly easy when you learn some good strategies.

One thing I am really liking is that when I go back to places I previously searched, even after 50 days, there is almost nothing there. It really pushes you to explore more.

Moving shelters refreshes all quests, including the elusive crash sites which reward the infinite Advanced Gas Mas and the Military Rucksack, which gives a total of 60 slots if you equip two.

You can dig deeper in your shelter as well allowing more space for bondage dungeons, and random encounters net a higher chance of meeting pairs and trios. I think after the second move, you will be meeting trios regularly.

They are planning a new update so hopefully it will have a lot more content!

Bondage dungeons—hahaha... But yes, that is good to know. I remember getting that quest and bringing that weird guy tons of supplies. I guess maybe I'll try packing up the camper van and seeing how it goes.

Any idea when the update is supposed to hit? Or what features are planned for it?
