Finish the camper van and starter motor

I searched the all scrapyards several times and i cant find the starter motor i still survive 400 days and i cant still find the camper van is this game bug or something

I have nearly every part yet. I am at day 125, just got the military bp and food machine. But still do not find the last tire.. its just RNG. Try again and again (and send people with high perception, they´ll find more and beter items)

On Hardcore after moving to Shelter 7, I got lucky and found all but one of the parts within 100 days. If I can do this on Hardcore, so can you guys on the lower difficulties, so good luck lol

By the way, someone mentioned the Recycling Center. There's one on every map, you may find it there. I havent found any van parts there yet though.
