Can someone tell me what happens when im delivering the briefcase? cause i decided not to do so
Kept the activation codes for the atomic warheads for myself

Just leaving this for people that are searching for it like I did.
I really wanted to know whats the worst that could happen, because my imagination ran wild.
In my mind it could have been possible to end the world with this quest! :D

If you are a bad person and try to give away the briefcase with the nuclear codes, he will try to murder you. :)

just keep the brief case he tries to kill you anyways when u give it to him or try keeping it

I gave him the briefcase and then ran away until we lost him so i could save the two characters i sent because they were very strong. I waited six days in my shelter with no expeditions and nothing happened.
