Efficient Shower loses option to take a shower

restarting fixes it until someone takes a shower and then the option dissapears, it's not broken and i have plenty of water, i can't figure it out.

Food poisoning can be cured with Luxury Bunk Bed or Homemade Anti-emetics

I had this problem, dismantled and rebuilt the shower.

I have the same bug. Just log out of the game and log back in, that fixes it. You do NOT need to dismantle and rebuild it.

Don't use the Good Shower till it's fixed?

I found the Luxury Shower while I was still using the Makeshift Shower.
