Players Experiencing Server Issues

If you are one of the players experiencing issues connecting to or playing on any server, please follow these instructions (below) and then send the results to https://support.survarium.com. We need those players who suffer to send us trace routes which tell us specifically which ping rate they have to the servers.

Diagnosing Network Connection Using Pathping Utility

Pathping provides details of network latency and packet loss on intermediate nodes between two hosts: your computer and game server. The Pathping command sends packets to each router between your computer and game server on the way to a final destination over a period of time, and then computes results based on the packets returned from each hop.

Instructions:
1. Press Start button.
2. Type CMD in the Search field.
3. Right-click CMD.exe and choose Run as Administrator.
4. In the command prompt type: Pathping 149.202.83.5 > C: \pathping.txt
5. Press Enter.
6. Wait 5 to 7 minutes till Pathping finishes its job.

A pathping.txt with compiled statistics will appear in the root system disk C:\. Wait a few minutes for the report to generate. Send the generated pathping.txt to the support center.

You can also run CMD.exe as Administrator from C:\Windows\System32\ folder.

How to use the Pathping report

0% - no packet loss on all steps of the connection path. If the result is different from 0% it means that packet loss occurs somewhere in the path to our server.

100% - doesn't mean that something is wrong. It just indicates that the servers in the path are protected from unwanted traffic and network attacks.

1% - the packet loss equal or higher than 1% starting from the first hop means that your modem or router don't work correctly. You should contact your ISP on this problem. You can also publish your Pathping report on our Tech forum.

For better network diagnostics choose correct IP address of you region. IP address of regions:

EU - 149.202.83.5 (node-3.survarium.com)

NA - 74.63.222.158 (node-6.survarium.com)

RU - 95.213.164.83 (node-4.survarium.com)

That means that somehow the game was blocked, so you will need to check why it was blocked and how to unblock it.

I have a different problem, when i click create an account via Steam it says, waiting for server respond and nothing else.

launcher just says "invalid arguments" when i start it, what does it mean?

We were told that this means Survarium registry is broken and you need to reinstall.

I'll talk about it to the guys who deal with the launcher messages and their localization.

Guys the launcher opens but not the game it self.
I checked the files integrity from steam. Then uninstalled and reinstalled.
Nothing works

You are using the Steam version or Game Client? Just to be double sure.

Sometimes happens when there's more than one instance of Steam open.
