Survarium- An error has occured during checking current version, retrying...

This just happened to me on the 23 February 2017, even though the game worked fine on the 22nd. Its very frustrating. Can anyone help me? I've tried all the old fixes, made sure my antivirus and firewall were off, and even re installed the game -same problem-... I just want to play, love the game. Any help will be much appreciated.

UPDATE: Restarting my pc several times in quick succession seemed to fix it, thanks to BATSLOOOOOTH for getting me to reconsider the idea, not sure what the problem was, but if you need help contact me and i will tell you what i did.

It seems to be the launcher that is causing these problems, I myself have not encountered them.

Considering it can't check the current version, maybe the problem lies in the servers being unable to communicate with your PC... Far fetched, but make sure to try again later.

Im sure youve already done these but...
-restart PC
-Verify Survarium Game cache integrity
-run as admin
