Looking for some help with the badge “garbage collector”

Tho I searched fandom for item lists but still found out it’s lack of 2or3 items in 40…
Pls give some help,will be grateful

I was having the same issue. Eventually I got a type of hat I hadn’t seen before (looked like a hard hat) and it triggered the achievement, so apparently each hat type counts for a separate item.
