Invert X-axis & Y-axis
These settings seem to only work for controller camera controls. Or am I missing something about the way they affect the mouse?

Uh oh. I was just about to buy this game, but if there is no mouse Y axis invert, I can't play it. My brain is wired for flight stick Y axis controls.

Do you plan to add it very soon, please?

yea i think this would be nice, we'll get it into an upcoming maintenance patch!

All games with mouse camera movement absolutely need the option to invert the mouse Y axis. Too many games forget about this, and it's very frustrating. I hope this can be added in the next couple days, because I REALLY want to buy this game.

I watched some Let's Plays - how is the mouse used for camera movement in the Y axis? It doesn't even look like there is an option to do this. Can you pan the camera up and down like in a first person game? That would be what I need the Y axis inverted for, so if I pull back on the mouse, the camera looks up, and if I push forward on the mouse, the camera looks down.

Will this game be a problem for me in its current state, please? If not, I'll buy it now.

Most of Overland can be played without any camera movement at all. The only time when you'd ever really need to do any rotation is the occasional left/right or up/down peek to around behind a corner, but it's not a constant necessity.
