New Game Plus has been added! It comes with several modified features.



You can experience the story again with additional power and skills carried over from the previous playthrough. This is especially useful for people who want to run through and grab Achievements they may have missed.

To Activate:

• Beat the game and select New + from the title screen.
  
• You can now beat the game early simply by leaving the estate after Whitty gets "Immunity."

Primary Features:

• Starts the game with all BOWs, Skills, and Stored EXP ($).
  
• Skips tutorials so the intro slides by nice and clean.
  
• Allows many scenes near the end to be skipped.
  
• Secret Seymour Mannequin...!?

If you come across any issues, post them here and they'll be patched as soon as humanly possible! Thanks!

Just making sure: the only content exclusive to New Game+ is the Seymore Mannequin easter egg?

Pretty much. There are some very minor differences all throughout in terms of NG+ exclusive content, but nothing too distracting. For the most part, the NG+ benefits replays for cheevo collection or just for the fun of it.

All of the important content (dialogue, skills, endings, etc.) are still 100% in the regular playthrough, with NG+ simply enabling further playthroughs. :)

NG+ option doesn't show in title screen

I've beated the game few days ago and when the title screen appears in the end it shows the option clearly there, but today I opened the game to start the NG+ and the option doesn't appears. Can someone help me?

A opcao de jogar o NG+ so aparece quando voce termina a historia e volta para a tela inicial. Se voce sair do jogo antes de comecar o NG+, a opcao nao aparece. Voce pode terminar a historia saindo da mansao a qualquer momento depois de conseguir IMMUNITY.

Looks like there was an update a few days ago, unexpectedly. Any changes of note?

Nothing big. It's a tweak for Mac builds. I think a lot of other games using this engine will have the same update. :)

Bug with New Game+.

Instead of selecting New Game+, I first went to 'load' because I thought that would give me the option to continue (without knowing) so instead, it took me back to 75% of the way through the game (Last save) and then 'New Game+' Was no longer an option at the start menu. So I now have to re do 1/4 of the game if I want the chance of playing New Game+. The game should have saved at the end of completion rather than suspecting everyone knows to select 'New Game+' instead of load.

To regain access to New Game + you have to beat the game, that's true, but if you are already at a point that you have Immunity, you can beat the game any time by walking out the front door.

Sorry if you already re-did everything. That's certainly a part of the oversight of the NG+ system in place here. Future games will be more amiable in that regard.

Which I perposely chose not to read. Simply saw "New Game+" and posted the bug I experienced. Wanted the dev to see it without having to leave a negative review because its a great game. Just a shame I couldn't properly finish it without having to replay. I don't see why you needed to comment on this.

Because your response to the developer trying to help you was negative dismissal, because they didn't follow your self-imposed rules and ignored the patch notes. Which, if you'd read them, you also wouldn't have had the problem in the first place.

Don't give people attitude for your failings.
