Anyone else's music choppy on tie fighter: se?
Everything else works fine, but after about 60 seconds of playing the in game music cuts in and out every half a second... missing some random sound effects, too...running windows 10, intel core i5 processor, irisx graphics, realtek audio... any help appreciated! For now just pressing alt m and rocking my own tunes

I'm having the same issue. Not sure the fix other than just muting the music.

I had been having the same issue, since this game has been one of my absolute favorites for decades, and without the music it just wasn't the same. Everything I see says to force the game to run on a single thread, but that didn't do anything.

Friends, I may have a solution. Instead of selecting a single thread, give the game access to all your processor's threads. I've only played a few minutes since trying it, but so far the music is working perfectly. Quitting the game resets the settings, so you will have to reapply every time.

Open task manager, open the game, switch to the details tab of taskman, find TIE95.exe, right click and set affinity. Select <All Processors>. Switch back to the game and play in blissful happiness.

Hope this helps!
