Thank you russvox for this kind of coments! Milestone tittles file structure it's always the same. During the last years, they used same engine with "minor" tweaks.
In this release it's quite obvious they changed physics coding and it's own file structure was improved in a positive way. There is also more relevant data related with tyre model, transmissions, engine management, suspension system, etc ...
Not "so much" effort. It's passion you know!
Perfect a moder here: One wish after driving for +20 hours. My eyes are "hurting" with the particle effects in cockpit-view. The windshield is getting too fast toooo dirty and there are no manual wipers to clean the windshield. Redoucing the particle effects, renewing or for me it would be enough to remove the effects for a better view. Prefer cockpit view, but the lack of manual wipers annoy me: too dirty after some time or in the next championship stage from the start on, all the dirt on the shield from the last stage.
For a fast solution: Can u please check the variables in the code somewhere, how to remove the particle effects. This will help not only me ;) Think more virtual-drivers want a cleaner view ;D Thx a lot m8!
It can be looked down. It shouldn't be so difficult to find the file to edit but right now, we prefer focus mainly on our project. In this tittle, small modifications takes so much time to test and adjunt things. We haven't got so much free time actually. Tomorrow it's time to get out for 10 days caused by business reasons so no editing or coding posible.
Anyway, we're sure there will be so much modders which will appeare and show their motivation in form of projects during the next weeks.
Thank you.
which tools are u using for editing and unpack&pack the files. wanna try it by my own - dont wanna wait much longer for a windshield fix ;) like this game, but it needs a little fix ;)
Talking about tools, a Mix format unpack / packer and binary editor.
Good luck with it!
