It's possible or Cheat?

Well, I have noticed some strange things about the score of this game.
I like competition and quite appreciate the points.
I noticed that some players have earned a ridiculous amount of points that seem impossible to achieve in the game.
I am the # 11 in overall score (global score) and have a total of 032,640,675 points.
However, to achieve this score I had to get in a single round of each phase, get all stars + not suffer damage + 100% kill enemies + rescue all hostages. (its ♥♥♥♥ hard.. very ♥♥♥♥ hard) kkk
Of course this was not easy, because rarely gets everything in one go.
I also know that every heart, star, or item that is collected in phase slightly increases the score, but nothing significant. There are times that leave more hearts of slain enemies, other more stars due to VIPs rescued or friends, but it varies very little end result.
I fight every day to raise a few points, but not easy. Increase 1-5 thousand per stage, but increasingly becomes more difficult, because there is not much to change.
But I see some players doing super high score, things 6 million points higher, up from 38 million and wonder: HOW?
Cheat or anything I do not know to increase the score?
Oh, just remembering that I've been seeing the account of these players (confer the players with rank # 01- #10) and I noticed that most even killed 10,000 enemy to complete the achievemente and dont rescue 1000 hostage. (look the achievements of this players)
In the championship it was hard to make close to 500,000 points, and saw a nick player BLANK made 100,001,900. HOW? All championship rounds is this or higher his score.
If there is something I do not know, which enables increase points, please help me so I can try to do, but it is cheat: where are the administrators of the game to ban?

Hi Cavera,
I've just had a look at the tournament results and you're right, the 100 millions looks pretty suspect. I could imagine that may be, playing in co-op with another really good mate, could increase dramatically the score with a good strategie to cover the all path perfectly.


Here my scores for each levels, I'm still missing 2 medals on level 8 and one on level 9, but it's a start to compare stuff.

Well, in stage 5 I destroyed all the towers. Was very hard in last dificult. The secret is to kill very quickly and use the laser whenever it appears that automatic machine gun that does not stop throwing.
One thing I noticed is that PEM has a deviation angle close to 20 °. Then, to divert easier to make small maneuvers when touching you. This will make it go a greater circle, increasing their time to kill the evil machines. kkk.
Oh, I always destroying my drones, it bothers me enough time to maneuver. Seriously, they confuse my head.
Abuse of lasers because there are many enemies who drop laser for you. I counted at least 10 extra lasers.

In stages 8 and 9 the important thing is to train to use the items correctly. The power pumps have to be used when enemies are reached no later than the middle of the pc screen. After that they can not kill the enemy.
I try to divide the screen into 3 parts, left, center and right side. I always situate in the center and apply the laser always from the center to any side and never the sides to the center. The reason is that the enemy always comes from one side, then the laser copper best.
Again it is worth remembering that the important thing is to kill enemies as quickly as possible.
I try to decorate the places where it has no way to kill enemies without power up.
I know you will laugh, but I note the characteristic of the phases in a paper, and it helps me to know what lies ahead. Yes, I decorum not to miss the time to use the power ups. kkkk
Use the shield to kill the enemies from below the screen and during the game only shield to use it.

Finally, in the championship, I always try a bug phase, ie a safe place where hardly take shot. Championship stages are repeated. I decorate the sequence and see in every moment the place safe ... and I'm there. Bush when possible, which creates point.

Cavera, it was just an idee with the co-op, not an explanation ;) ... By checking the top ten players high score, you'll will see that lot of them don'T even have all achievments done, which for me is an indicator that something is really weird... It may also be a bug in the achievment system itself, but I'm pretty sure it's not.
That let us with the question to the dev ? Is it possible that the scoring system has or had a bug ?

To play co-op, you need a mate at your place and a game controller (if you're using keyboard+mouse by yourself). That way, you're partner will pilot a second plane on the same screen. It's quite effective. I played a little with my daughter (who is 9, don't worry about my scores ;), she was dead pretty soon :D ).

Well, I did some testing today with the coop mode, but there is variation in the score. There was no increased score.
I played with my sister (I = 33, she = 27 years) and spent together the stages 01, 02, 03 and 04 collecting all stars, killing all enemies, rescuing all the hostages and not injured in any airplane.
Still no change score.
Strengthening my question: Is it possible to make the score than other players did or is cheat?
We need to send the matter to developers.
If you want i can record a video of a solo stage and then coop.
Excuse the delay to reply, but the work was hard this week and I could only play the weekend.

Hi, sorry for the delay. Unfortunatelly the few top scores are cheated. Your score is probably around the maximum achievable. I can't give you an exact number right now, as it's hard to "catch" because of the variable crate drops.
The tools we have to manage Steam leaderboards only allow us to manualy delete individual records. From our experience it only fuels the cheaters to take more action. Placing some security measures in the game doesn't fix the problem either, since everything client-side is hackable and we don't really want to play cat and mouse with a few guys that like breaking games, as it would require far more time and resources on our side, than it would on theirs. Plus, since Sky Force is basically a non-PVP game, it doesn't seem justified, at least for the moment.
Of course we do realize that having them on the leaderboards is uncool, that's why we've implemented the friends' leaderboard in the game. That way you can compare yourself to the people you're familiar with.
It's a pity those scores are there, but as I've said, removing them would only be a temporary measure and possibly might make things even worse.
I hope you can look past that, not let them ruin the fun for you and simply enjoy the fact that you really rock at Sky Force. Because you really do!

Well, I confess I was quite disappointed with the response.
I'm gamer for a long time, I'm 33 years old and from 5 years old I started playing Telegame, Odyssey Atary, master system, etc. About 8 years I have been playing online games competitively. I got some cool settings to achieve in Battlefield 3. I was in the top 10 Battlefield 3 helicopter pilots in the country to live, getting to dispute the South American championship. I always liked to healthy competition.
In my opinion the IDreams should rather take a strong position with regard to this kind of player that uses cheater.
It is a logical question: If the game manufacturer offers scoring system is because it is encouraging competition between players, so that they feel encouraged to play and compete. It's a great marketing strategy as well as being great fun for the players.
However, you ask me to forget the points and consider the players I know?
Damn, I love the game, childhood reminds me where he played pinball, arcade game, in the city's bars and yes want to compete.
Continuing the logical reasoning, every major game company worth his salt has to score and system to punish offenders. I quote again example of Battlefield 3, where the cheaters were banned, their bills and lost points.
If the company knows that the maximum score in the game is "X" if there are players with above points that have to ban or lose count. It is a normal action that every player is aware. It is standard procedure.
I'm sorry sincerity, but I found the answer to weak question. I am not questioning the integrity of anyone, least of IDreams. I want the company to grow more to do many other fun games such as Sky Force Anniversary. This game gives me joy.

I agree with you completely [C2D]Cavera-X9, I'm not nuch good at this game but I was enjoying it enough to want to get better. Now that I know that the top scores are cheated I have lost interest and this is the second time this has happened. My fav. game was a pool game on steam and I did get good at it. but then my nearest competitor suddenly got 100% achieves and an impossible score in about an hour. I then discovered that all of the top scores were cheated. That was a year ago and I haven't played the game since.
You know the account names you should ban them from the game and ask Steam to blacklist them from competitive games and if they make another account they should get banned again. This cheating spoils games for everyone else.

rufusdufus , we try to ban this players, but steam and developers just want money. They want more players paying for games and ♥♥♥♥ the competition. No real need to change the company's mentality to have a real competitive game. I have not played this game too, because discouraged and did not see reason to engage me . I believe in a day when we can play an honest game. If the game has a banishing protocol is logically more prestigious by the public and valued competition, even more in a classic game system as skyforce .
I'm sorry for the company did not have this attitude , which made me disbelieve the work done by it .
To solve this problem initially had only the company play the maximum score of each stage to check the Steam and ban cheaters . But as there is no interest or a part or the other we end up discouraging the game.

As far as I'm concerned to say we can't ban them because it will just happen again or they will make another account and do it again is not a valid excuse, these people do it again because they Know that the Devs will give in. It's like saying we don't give a toss about the genuine gamers, we just care about revenue.

every score except 8 is a gold run, it means that I done everything, destroy, pick up, and not beiing shot event once, it was very hard, and it taked two weeks of my life. Maybe some day it will happen with level 8 also ;P
