CyberLink PowerDirector 14 Ultra

Cannot activate my copy.
Every time I try to start this program it says:

"CyberLink PowerDIrector was not activated because the product key you entered has been used too many times for activation."

Has anyone experienced this?

Did you submit a ticket or anything? Its like they think we bought a pirated version or something. lol.

so its stupid to even buy it from here? was going to but i read that many had issues with it... Has anyone got it to work?

I contacted, Cyberlink and they said I would have to submit proof of purchase, etc since I bought from a 3rd party seller. So I guess, Ill just refund this. Because even if they give me a new key, I dont see an option where I can enter a key in steam, it rejects the activation outright.

Just buy it from them straight, I think they have sale now.

Please accept our apologies for the frustrations and inconvenience that you have faced. We are aware of this issue and it has now been fixed. You should have no problem launching PowerDirector now. Thank you!

just got my copy few days ago and when trying to use it said I can't register
