Create your own title elements?

I know there are a number of titles that can be downloaded, but are they all created by users? Can you customize your titles more than just selecting time displayed and certain effects?

The Sony Movie Studio marketing demo for example, shows that you can easily create a title's background bar by drag/drop, then layer the text on top of it. Is that possible w/ PD14?

Is there a tutorial on title creation/customization?

PowerDirector supports creating custom titles. Except the feature to layer the texts on images, you can also use CyberLink PowerDriector to customize titles with effects and motion routes.
There are several tutorial videos about the title customization in CyberLink Learning Center, such as this one.
