Hi BunkyCutr,

we recently find the software Geforce Experiece will cause PowerDirector crash and have reported the issue to Nvidia. Nvidia is working on the solution. Please uninstall the software "Geforce Experience" from Windows Control Panel. If there is no Geforce Experience installed or PowerDirector crashes still after uninstall the Geforce Experience. Please go to the path

C:\Windows\System32\

And rename the file “nvspcap64.dll". nvspcap64.dll is the module of Geforce Experience and it would be the legacy library left after uninstall the software.

Thank you.

Just spent a load of money on this software because I need to edit together a movie for a birthday ASAP and yeah. Blue screen of death, kernel integrity something something. Is this the same problem?
After a few more blue screens of death (kernel_Security_check_failure) I got the program to actually run. I was happy with the capabilities of the software that I got to explore, and I was able to edit together a quick movie. The software was very intuitive and I didn't have to use the manual to do what I needed to do and it felt like there was a lot of fun stuff to explore.
...and just now I loaded the software to polish the cut I made, and just by clicking anywhere, I got kernel_security_check_failure again.
Updated to the latest nVidia-driver; looks like that helped.
Producing first movie now, trying to figure out which format my SmartTV can read :)
