Whats the Difference between Ultra and Ultimate?!

Hi,
the major differences between the 2 versions are the content packs.
In the Ultimate version, there are plenty content packs are provided, including some 3rd party plug-in, such as NewBlue or ProDAD.

Ah okay, thank you. I tested PowerDirector 14 and its really good! I made my first Video yesterday:
